I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
-For returns and exchanges, contact me within 7 days of delivery
-Ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery
-Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
-Excludes digital downloads

Conditions of return
-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If for some reason an item arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied in any way with your order, please reach out to me and in most cases I will be happy to send a replacement to you.

Flat rate worldwide shipping
I will ship to anywhere in the world, and at a flat rate, no matter how much you order! Orders within the United States will be $3.50, orders to Canada will be $4, and orders to the rest of the world will be $5. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Pin grading
Enamel pins are handmade items that have natural variations, and can have slight flaws that occur during the production process. No pin will ever be 100% perfect. This is the standard for enamel pins and is to be expected. These flaws are generally not very noticeable. That being said, standard grade pins may exhibit: stray glitter, wiggly posts, low-fill enamel in small areas, slightly misaligned screen printing, small traces of random debris such as dust or fuzz, tiny bubbles in enamel/epoxy coating, light scuffing/scratches/dents, slight discoloration or imperfections in/on the metal plating on the sides and/or back of pin, etc. Whenever there is a more noticeable flaw, the pin will be listed as a B, C, or D grade pin and the price will be discounted. Items lost in the mail
If for some reason your package gets lost in the mail/doesn't arrive, I am not responsible. Please contact your post office regarding missing mail.
